If I asked editors to check their HLISD entry and delete the e links
information, would this cause a riot?
Also, there are some old Athens org ids still in the system. Can you check
yours please.
Contact me if there is a problem with any of this
Thanks
Shan

Subject: HLISD editing update - removing elinks data
Hello, everyone. Following a service board meeting, we have decided to have
a blitz on removing the elinks information from HLISD entries as it is now
no longer required on HLISD. We can also use this as an opportunity to
update records, so could you ask editors to update their entries, even if
there are no other changes.
One of the developments in the pipeline is to change the functionality so
that local editors can approve their own entries. That has still to be done
but in the meantime I am trying to clear any approvals which have been
sitting in the approval queue for more than 3 working days which is
resulting on updates flowing through much better.
Please cascade this down to your local editors.
Many thanks.
Julie
