Thanks for the help. The user appears both in
|/etc/grid-security/grid-mapfile| and in /opt/lcg/etc/lcgdm-mapfile. The
gridmapdir directory has the correct rights, but there is no "DN user
files" in it.
There is no errors in the DPNS log file. Here are
/opt/lcg/etc/lcgdm-mkgridmap.conf, is it correct ?
