Yes, there are problems to configure lcg CE because of the inconsistence
as announced by Juha. You can use the workaround as suggested in his
email, i.e., removing from the requires list the __GROUP_ENABLE variable
in the config_gip_ce_check function. I have used that trick when using
production repository.
