Alistair,
If you do, please try to persuade them to share the explanation of the
problem they find, and whatever they have to do to fix your id, with the
list. It might help other SPs.
(We've cited JISCmail to SPs as an example of how existing
personalisation settings might be transferred in general - but that's
because at the time it looked like a fairly usable and secure process -
*and* it worked!)
