I have assumed that the short-term policy objective is to have solely
blanks being fired in the domestic bedroom. Population numbers
reduction Phase 1.
My concern is what is then done with these guns ...out on the hills.
All the lads rally round the campfire, well juiced and fully
loaded ... and then shoot into the air - and one another - thus adult
(male) population numbers could also fall rapidly. Phase 2. Sounds
pretty good to me.
