The FSL'ers will chime in here as there is an FSL tool to fix this
header problem but in short there was a release of MINC that included
an older version of niftilib. This has been fixed in later releases
of MINC. The current release is 2.0.15 and is available here:
packages.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/tgz
