Hello FSl-users,
I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to get a absolute volume
measurement for grey matter volume inside a spherical ROI. So far I've used
SIENAX to get a grey matter PVE volume for the whole brain. I then made a
mask in standard space (5mm shpere ) and warped it back to the native space
of the PVE image. Is there a command to apply this mask to the PVE file
and get an absloute volume measure insde this ROI. Do I multiply the PVE
image by the mask using the fslmaths command and then use fslstats -m -v and
multiply these to get the volume. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Erik
