Hi,
I suspect that these small lesions won't make much difference but you
really should
check the results with and without weighting to see what happens. I
avoid giving
rules of thumb because things vary so much with resolution, parallel
acceleration,
SNR, etc, etc. The best way to tell is to take a typical image and
try it with and
without. This isn't hard to do and will be the most appropriate for
your data.
