In addition to that...
I have a cygwin image with FSL installed and compiled if anyone's
interested in it.
However, the latest cygwin version has a problem with Tcl/Tk and the GUI
versions of FSL's programs don't work properly on it.
If your happy with command-line tools, that is an option (a goodie of
this setup is that the programs themselves -meldic.exe, flirt.exe, etc-
run from the DOS command line as well).
Otherwise the VM option is probably best for you.
