Hi,
FSLView 3D mode only renders mask and stats images at present. Of
course, any image can be thresholded, binarised and then show in 3D as
a "Label/Mask" image. If you call the file something like
"blah_mask.nii.gz" then FSLView should do the right thing straight away.
