Hi - I guess you mean that for some atlases the index numbers in the
summary images don't match the XML index numbers? Indeed - that is to
keep consistency with the labellings used in other software related to
the atlases (e.g. FreeSurfer colourmaps). You should find that the
"labels" files in the subdirectories tell you how to complete that
mapping.
