Hi - regardless of sform/qform settings, all TBSS output should be in
the 1mm MNI152 space, so any other image in that space should be
easily combinable. If you load $FSLDIR/data/standard/MNI152_T1_1mm and
your TBSS output and your mask into FSLView, they should all look
aligned?
