Robert,
FSLView is 32bit on the Mac. This is a limitation of the pre-Leopard
API for user interfaces. I believe Leopard has 64bit support for GUI
based apps but we'd need to port to Qt4 to take advantage since Qt3 is
no longer supported and doesn't work on Leopard. All other FSL
programs are universal binaries including 64bit.
The only solutions for your application are: create summary images;
view data from another computer using a 64bit Linux X11 fslview.
