Hi - yes, we generally set the FEAT/MELODIC highpass filter to 100s
(about the same as Donald said) for RSN analysis - though it's not
really been established what the 'optimal' setting is. We don't
generally use lowpass for RSN analysis - it changes the results
slightly in an ICA decomposition but doesn't seem to be particularly
useful.
