Hi
fslcc calculates correlation across the 3 spatial dimensions. If you
run fslcc on 2 4D files then you get as output the indices into each
one of the files and the correlation value (provided it's larger than
0.1 - this you can overwrite by passing another threshold value as the
thid command line option). You can run it on any set of nifti files,
for ICA it makes sense to look at melodic_IC, the 4D file that
contains the spatial maps.
