Dear Adam
I was pleased to attend the seminar yesterday it was most interesting.
I am writing to ask you for something.
I am urgently collect information about the situation with regard to medical human resources in the NHS.
Could you kindly share with me your personal view on the following question at your earliest convenience?
At present one of the most serious difficulty in the healthcare system is that there is a shortage and in particular it is serious that in some areas the distribution of doctors is scarce.
1. With regard to healthcare human resources (doctors), what kind of problems are recognized in the NHS? Is there any problem of overall shortage, regional shortage or misdistribution (uneven distribution) of doctors?
2. As to the above issues, how does the government respond ? What is the reaction and evaluation to those policies?
3. Regarding the matter of medical human resources and the relevant policies, if there is any policy paper by the government or research paper, please give me the information.
Thank you very much for your kind support.
Best regards
Kazu TAKEUCHI (Mr)
