A senior business consultant urgently required for our successful and
expanding consultancy, specialising in information management – particularly
electronic document and records management (EDRM/EDM/ERM) and enterprise
content management (ECM) – with a focus on strategic transformation,
business change, management of change, information design, business analysis
and solution implementation.

You must have a proper and substantial consulting track record of delighted
customers across the UK public and private sectors, preferably with a major
consultancy. Excellent client-facing skills are a must, together with a
proven track record of successfully delivering complex and demanding
assignments, with a mix of skills across the project lifecycle, but focusing
on sales, strategy, planning, business modelling, change management,
benefits realization and solution design.

Your expertise must be as lead management consultant with project and
programme management experience and the ability to command a team of
consultants and influence clients at senior management levels. Preferably,
you will have significant sales experience, meeting prospective clients,
writing proposals, closing sales and developing accounts. A track record of
building up a consulting business would be idea.

Specialist skills in information management are highly desirable. Current
security clearance would be an important bonus. You will be expected to be
able to work on your own and manage your own activities, as well as being a
team player. Willingness to drive, travel and work around the UK is
mandatory, although the company is based in central London.
