Hey all,
I have a ligand molecule in a structure I'm working on that in coot has extra
bonds being drawn that in reality do not exist. Specifically, hydroxyl
protons are drawn with bonds to both their attached oxygen, but also to other
atoms in proximity, such as other protons and the phosphate attached to the
hydroxyl oxygen. Some protons are drawn with three bonds... Does anyone
know how to remove these false-bonds? They make a nice "artistic" image, but
really get in the way of the work. I went through the coot mailing list
archives and site, but could not find any mention of this issue or how to
deal with it.
Thanks for any help,
Stuart Endo-Streeter
