Heritage Lottery Fund: procurement for lead monitors and mentors/ expert
advisors/ associate monitors
We have begun two procurements for a new Register of Support Services
framework to provide us with lead monitors and with mentors/ expert
advisors and associate monitors for our projects.
Organisations and individuals are invited to formally express their
interest by replying to the two Official Journal of the European Union
notices which can be found on the Tenders Electronic Daily website at
www.ted.europa.eu after 7 April 2008.
Note:
As the Heritage Lottery Fund is a Non-Departmental Public Body (NDPB)
governed by EU and UK law, the procurement process is necessarily a
formal one. Applying is a simple process and requires the following
steps:
* Visit the www.ted.europa.eu website, select "EN" to see site in
English.
* Quick search with "heritage lottery fund" - this will bring up
the two relevant contract notices
* The contract notices explain that to proceed further, you will
need to send an email saying that you are expressing interest (email
address details are given in the contract notices.)
* HLF will then email you a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, to be
returned as directed and within the set timescales.
* Completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaires will be scored by a
panel and shortlisted applicants will be invited to tender
All information about the procurement is detailed in the contract
notices, accessible on the Tenders Electronic Daily website. Other
enquiries about the Register should be emailed to [log in to unmask]
Yours sincerely,
Steve Willis
HLF Director of Resources and Planning
