We are pleased to announce the programme for our next one day conference:
HAVE WE LOST TOUCH WITH REALITY? RE-ENGAGING WITH THE RESPONDENT
Friday 25 April 2008, Imperial College, London, UK
The conference brings together many eminent practitioners in survey
research to address the problem of respondent engagement - given the
massive uptake of online research and the establishment of large
multi-national panels, do our surveys really represent the valid samples
that underpin the basis of survey research?
Our speakers will cover a range of issues including: the identification
of un-engaged and fraudulent respondents; how to make surveys more
engaging using better questionnaire presentation and design; alternative
methods of data collection and new methods for eliciting deeper responses.
The speakers are from GfK NOP, Ipsos MORI, Kantar Operations, Research
Now, RTI, SSI, Techneos and To Luna. We are also very pleased to have a
presentation by the 2007 winner of the MRS/ASC Technology Effectiveness
Award, Buzzback.
Full details of the conference and booking instructions are at:

I look forward to seeing you there.
