Most mining slides seem to be purchased by an ebay member called
"the_contemplator"
He purchases literally thousands of slides on all sorts of subjects from
ebay averaging about 70 separate purchases per day!!!
I have been researching two sets of slides for sometime - one by Herbert
Hughes (coal mining in the Dudley area) the other by J C Burrow (slate
mining in North Wales)
I have tried contacting him regarding slides from these sets that he has
purchased but never received a reply
Good luck
