This 1 ½ day workshop based on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) gives you the
opportunity to develop understanding of type - your own and others - and explore the
implications for communication, influencing and change management at work.
In the first half-day session, you will have chance to use the MBTI instrument and,
combining this with your self assessment, find your best-fit MBTI type. The rest of this
session and second session will be used to explore the implications of type and help you
understand it uses and limitations
We will cover:
§ Using type to increase self-awareness and confirm self-perception
§ Discover normal differences in people concerning:
§ Energy source
§ Information gathering
§ Decision making
§ Lifestyle
§ Appreciate and learn to capitalize on your own strengths and those of others
§ Supplement and augment areas that you may overlook or that don’t come as easily
§ Apply what you learn about personality type to improving communications at work; to
influencing effectively and to handling change.
People usually find that this workshop is illuminating, energizing and fun!
