When seeing an Errror ID on screen, always look at the page's HTML
source to get the actual Java stack trace (typically at the bottom of
the page, in an HTML comment, i.e. green in Firefox). Tech Support
needs these to troubleshoot what's going on - whether it's Blackboard
support or LO support doesn't really make a difference there.
