Dear Qiyuan Wu,
may it be possible that the paths to your images have changed after
SPM.mat estimation? SPM stores image filenames with full paths and will
fail to access them if the data have moved to another place. You may try
the Volumes Toolbox (see SPM extensions web page for a link). In Stats
Tools, there is a "Change SPM.mat Paths" tool that may be helpful.
