We went with trapeze here at Bangor. We're now upto 4 mx400 controllers and
over 300 AP's. See an average 350 concurrent users.
We're very happy with the managment software and have had excellent dealings
with the reseller we partnered with at the start of the project.

Subject: Quick question
Hi everyone,
We at Bristol are doing a little research into what other universities are
doing with their wireless networks. Basically we are planning an expansion
and are evaluating whether to stick with Cisco or move to a different
supplier.
Could I have a quick show of hands of the following:
Which brand of hardware you use
The size of your installation - access points and users How much you paid
for it Any comments on:
Technical support / maintenance
Quality of management features
Thanks for your time :)
Jonathan
