Dear Jin, dear Mary,
Did you check the images that enter your statistics? If not, do a
CheckReg or use the ArtifactRepair toolbox (you will find a download
link on the SPM extensions web page) to display a movie of your images.
Image data should be exactly identical no matter whether you run all
preprocessing steps separately or whether you combine them in a batch.
