Hi, Mary,
I am having a very similar error with yours. The issue for mine is that
I get this error when I batch the 2level 2sample-ttest. When I estimate
the model, I get this non active voxel message. Same error happes when
I run GUI. This happens 4 out of my 30 contrasts. When I look at single
subject, everyone looks fine. I don't have this error when batching the
2level 1sample-ttest on the same set data. I couldn't figure out why.
Any hint/suggestion will be very helpful.
