Has anyone got any experience of employing a profoundly deaf Home Care Asst?
We have been asked to see and advise about adjustments for a newly
appointed member of staff who does have excellent previous experience in
the care field.
She will be working on community, and will be a lone worker at times.
She has hearing aids and lip reads well .
Any pearls of wisdom gratefully received.
