Dear Colleague
As part of their regional workshop programme, Netskills will be delivering the following workshops at Newcastle University in April:
1. Writing for the Web, 29th April
-----------------------------------------------------
What is so different about writing for the web?
The ability to write and re-purpose content for the web is an important skill. Visitors can abandon your site at the click of a button if they are not enticed by what you have written. This workshop will explore a range of proven practical techniques that you will be able to take away and apply directly to your own web site authoring.
2. Creating Dynamic e-Learning with Dreamweaver, 30th April
-----------------------------------------------------
Adobe's Dreamweaver, the leading edge web development tool, can equally be used to create dynamic e-learning applications. Through the use of templates and the Dreamweaver CourseBuilder Extension this workshop will guide participants through the design and development of dynamic, interactive, and high order e-learning.
3. Essentials of SPSS, 1st May
-----------------------------------------------------
The statistical package SPSS provides sophisticated features for data management, in-depth statistics and automatic statistical graphs. Learn how to use these tools effectively on this practical workshop led by an SPSS specialist and experienced statistician.
