Dear all,
HE medical and nursing students are now entitled to access the NCC resources from year one of their university studies. Betsy Anagnostelis is liaising with HE staff to identify HE administrators who could manage a national org id for 1st and 2nd year students. Medical and nursing students from year 3 onwards will continue to register under the NHS trust that they are working for.
DoH are now entitled to register for access to the NCC resources. DoH will manage their own Athens accounts and DoH staff should be directed to http://auth.athensams.net/contact.php?id=7182364 contact [log in to unmask]
Social care staff outside the NHS are entitled to access NCC resources. SCIE are currently evaluating authentication solutions for Social Care staff. Any social care staff not working in the NHS are to be directed to [log in to unmask] Social care staff working in the NHS are to continue to register under the appropriate Athens org id.
