Hi - FSL programs will only ever create one output type at any point
in time depending on what you have the FSLOUTPUTTYPE environment
variable set to.
If you're not getting the output type you want then your fslconf must
not be set right.
If you're seeing multiple data types then that must be because the
other files existed before running the most recent FSL program.
