Call for papers
“New” Europe and Challenges of Sustainable Development
The Second Forum of Social Science PhD Students International Conference
Bratislava, Slovak Republic, June 5th-8th, 2008
Submission is open to any PhD student. Admission is free. Conference
attendance is limited to about 40 participants who will be the authors of
the accepted abstracts.
Please fill in the attached questionnaire and send it along with a short
abstract for your paper (500 words maximum, 300 words minimum) to this e-

Accepted applicants will be asked to give a 15 minute presentation at the
conference, followed by discussion. From final papers some will be
selected and published in a collection of papers after a regular review
process. Details related to paper formatting and submission will be
announced at the conference.
Abstract Submission Deadline - March 31, 2008
Author Notification - April 18, 2008
The accommodation and food, as well as travel expenses, of successful
applicants will be covered by the organize.
