University Lecturership in Statistics
with Tutorial Fellowship
Salary: £39,159 - £52,628 pa
Fixed-term appointment of 5 years' duration
The Department of Statistics is one of the leading departments in the UK. It seeks to appoint a statistician with research interests in any branch of statistics or actuarial science, to take up the fixed-term post of 5 years' duration from 1 September 2008, or as soon as possible thereafter.
The Lecturership will be held in conjunction with a Tutorial Fellowship at St Hugh's College. The appointee will be expected to take a full part in the research, teaching and other activities of the department, and in the teaching and other activities of the College.
The combined University and College salary will be on a scale up to £52,628 per annum. Additional College allowances are available as set out in the further particulars.
