Dear colleagues,
We are reviewing our publications and services for new students this year as
we introduce our new Induction Programme.
The issue of invoices to new and returning students has been a perennial
problem as it is very labour intensive and delays the posting of information
to students.
I know that some institutions do not send invoices to students as fee
information is present on their offer letter or an official document earlier
in the process.
I would appreciate hearing what other institutions' processes are with
regards to providing invoices. We are investigating a 'download your own
invoice' service and automated email invoices.
