These programs were added in a somewhat recent version. They should be
located in the CCPNMR bin directory (~/research/software/ccpnmr/bin for
me), which contains:
analysis datashifter dataShifter formatConverter pipe2azara
updateAll updateCheck
I think it might be possible that if you installed Analysis a long time
ago and have always been updating it, that it might not have installed
these shell scripts.
