I have attached a document which gives a distillation of some of the problems we have come across. Hope it helps

Dear Colleagues
Could somebody please clarify something for me?
We are about to begin giving our readers the option to have documents
delivered directly to them by secure electronic delivery.
I am aware of the 14 day period and the once only opportunity to open the
document, and the fact that they can only print it twice in case of printer
failure at the first attempt.
However, does anybody know what happens if the reader downloads the document
to their PC? They cannot store the document, but how long do they have
before it scrambles? Is it another 14 days?
Also, if anybody can give me any useful tips about likely problems which our
readers may encounter I would be most grateful. I am aware of the need to
download Adobe Digital Editions if using Adobe Reader version 8, anything
else likely to course major upset?
Thank you for your time, you can reply to me off list at
