Deryk,
The simple FSL way to do this is fslroi <data> <nodif> 0 1. Also, we have
found that the FA image sometimes gives a better corregistration with a T1
than the b0 does.
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: Re: [FSL] B0 image for BET
Hi Steve
Thank you for responding to my post regarding the use of the 4-D file in
BET. Your post did raise the point that I will need the B0 for
registration later on anyway. My current procedure for separating out the
B0 is to open my dicoms in DTIStudio, save the data as a 4-D analyze file
and then open that 4-D file with MRIcro, save it as 3-D and then erase all
the unnecessary images. As you can see, I was quite happy when BET just
accepted the eddy-current corrected 4-D NIFTI file as it meant a lot less
swapping between WinXP and Linux. Is there a way I can simplify this
procedure by using just FSL to separate out the B0?
Thanks again in advance,
Deryk
