Tim has pointed out to me that you can if you don't mind
typing (well, copying and pasting) the following at the Python prompt:
>>> from ccpnmr.analysis.EditPeakListPopup import EditPeakListPopup
>>> top.openPopup('edit_peak_list2', EditPeakListPopup)
(Note that the 'edit_peak_list2' is somewhat arbitrary, but it's a
sensible convention to call it this and then you could also have 3, etc.)
