Hello,
That means you have a recent Python update but for some reason have either
not had a corresponding C update or the C has not compiled or the symbolic
links for the libraries are not working.
So in order:
(1) check that the C code has been updated:
cd /usr/local/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/c/ccp/structure
grep alignEnsemble py_struct_util.c
and that should return something.
(2) check that the C code has been compiled, or better yet, just compile
it:
cd /usr/local/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/c
make
(3) check that the symbolic links are working
cd /usr/local/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccp/c
ls -l
You should get symbolic links, not actual files, so you should get lines
looking like:
lrwxr-xr-x 1 wb104 wb104 38 Aug 3 2007 StructUtil.so ->
../../../c/ccp/structure/StructUtil.so
If not then that was the problem. You should be able to sort it in that
directory by then typing:
./linkSharedObjs
and if that was the problem you should then also do:
cd /usr/local/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/memops/c
./linkSharedObjs
cd /usr/local/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccpnmr/c
./linkSharedObjs
