In the book: Quantitative X-Ray Diffractometry (Zevin & Kimmel - 1995),
Chapter 3 deals with diffractometry for several geometries. Another source
is the International Tables for Crystallography, Volume C, Part 2.

Subject: Reference text - non BB geometry
I am looking for a good text that covers the physical and practical
aspects of various non-Bragg-Brentano geometry data collection and
analysis. Most texts that I have found contain only useful discussion on
standard BB and then maybe a brief discussion on stress or texture.
Ideally, I would like to have a text that is a survey of other XRD
methodology.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!
-Matt
