When it took too long to push the images out around our labs we bought some multicast software "XYRO distribution" so we could push to 25 machines at once storing the new image on a spare partition ready for the next re-build. Worked a treat and has options for throttling it so it does not take up much bandwidth and works from the distribution console with no need to start a client up on the lab machines via VNC or similar.
