What is your network traffic like? We ( Lancaster) have noticed that alot of non
LHC V0s which we support have a large influx of data imput files at
the beginning of the job. If you had a lot of biomed jobs all start
in a relatively short time, thwn you r jobs may well be waiting for
input data.
