I am afraid I am not very experienced with building things from
source. Do I understand correctly that the library (JNI?) that I
require is not bundled with the Starlink build? If so, where can I get
its source and how do I (re)build that?
I apologize if any of these questions are too basic or general for
this Starlink mailing list.
