Hi Sarah,
the version of AUTOASTROM in humu works without any changes, I tested that
quite extensively. Please make sure that everything is put back to the
released state (and that STARLINK_DIR is set etc. as I said in my last
message). When that's correct you should see the following:
% which MessageRelay.pl
/star/bin/MessageRelay.pl
% head /star/bin/MessageRelay.pl
eval 'exec starperl -S $0 ${1+"$@"}'
if 0; # not running under some shell
use Starlink::ADAM;
use FileHandle;
# Script to relay messages between ADAM and perl
#
% which starperl
/star/bin/starperl
If all that's as expected you can test MessageRelay.pl from the
command-line:
% MessageRelay.pl
MESSYS__TOOLONG: task name too long
adam_send: Failed to get path to task
at /star/bin/MessageRelay.pl line 57
When that runs then AUTOASTROM will work as expected.
Peter.
