Hi Gerry,
you can use MRIcro for that
(http://www.sph.sc.edu/comd/rorden/mricro.html). In "File" use the "Save
as... (rotate/clip...)" option, and then play with the "Format" button:
one of the proposed transformations should do the trick. To make sure
the result is correct before saving the newly oriented image you can use
the "Preview" button.
