Hi all,
I've been getting a nasty error recently when trying to do a 2nd level
two sample t-test on con*.img files derived from PPI analyses. I have
a script that batches this analysis and it ran the estimation for a
bit, and then spit out this error which you see below about different
vector lengths in SPM.xGX.rg and the plot function. I then tried
doing the two sample t-test via the GUI, and got the same error
message. I thought this might be something to do with a regressor its
expecting, the only problem is that I'm not putting any regressors in
it.
To make matter more complicated, I can run two sample t-tests just
fine on m standard fMRI 2nd level GLM with no problems. Its only when
I try to do this analysis using con*.img from PPI analyses that I get
this error.
Is this something that has to do with a bugfix, that was already dealt
with? If so, could someone direct me as to how I might fix it, or the
update to install to fix it?
Thanks,
Mike
