well with an exponential contrast :-)
say you have 3 repetitions level c = [-7.3460 -2.6752 10.0212] for 5
repetition = [-43.9226 -39.2518 -26.5553 7.9573 101.7723], etc
... my experience with that is that with a small nb of repetitions
(like 3) linear and exponential fit the data almost the same ...
