Dear Leeor,
I use to create a SPM.mat file by GUI. Then you can replace the
parameters you want in a simple way by loading the SPM.mat. Then the SPM
structure appears and you can change what you want. Afterwards you save
it in another directory (save SPM SPM) and that's it.
If you really want to create the (template) SPM structure by yourself,
then things are quite harder.
