Dear Buyean Lee,
what do you mean by "does not create the reoriented image"? In SPM,
Display/CheckReg will always start up with the crosshairs set to the
center of the image - regardless of the origin. Thus, if you re-display
an reoriented image which has been translated, but not rotated/,
crosshairs will be at the same position in the image again, but this
position will have a different mm coordinate associated with it.
