Dear John,
when using the latest update to the DICOM import routine
(www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind0801&L=SPM&P=R73099&I=-39 i
am getting an additional large file which is created according to
save('dicom_headers.mat','dcm');
As far as I understand the code, which is not very far, this file also
contains the information stored in the image files resulting from the
conversion, and could thus be deleted... is this true or does SPM5 make
use of this file at a later point? Background is, I have a couple of
scripts that take all files in a directory with a certain prefix and if
files start with d..., there may be a mix-up.
Thanks in advance,
best,
Marko
